If you're single, it can be a gift. You might long for a companion, but marriage isn't going to solve your problems. Only God can provide the fulfillment that you actually long for. If you're married don't romanticize singleness. Your marriage is an opportunity for growth for both you and your spouse, whether it's easy or hard.
